How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Expectedplus Roofing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact Expectedplus Roofing about:

  • Your experience when you called or got in touch
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider you were connected with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

You are still welcome to tell Expectedplus Roofing. Feedback helps keep the network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of expectations may be removed. Please know that Expectedplus Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File a Complaint

Email contact@expectedplus.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted Expectedplus Roofing or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Send It

You will get an email confirming receipt, usually within a few business days. Your complaint will be looked into, which may include reaching out to the provider. You will then get a reply that explains what was found and any steps being taken.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If the reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help as well.
